This website is operated for marketing and information purposes only. It is not the official website of Sumadhura, and it is not the official website of any other brand, developer or company named on it. It should not be treated as one, and nothing on it should be read as an official communication from any developer.
All project names, brand names, logos, images, plans and trademarks shown here belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the projects being marketed on this website. Their use does not imply ownership, endorsement or any association beyond marketing the projects described.
All content on this website, including prices, sizes, configurations, possession dates, amenities, distances and images, is indicative and is compiled from information published by the developer. It may change without notice. Images are artistic impressions and not actual photographs of a finished property. Nothing here is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind. Before you make any decision or payment, verify every detail directly with the developer and with the RERA registration for the project, and read the sale agreement.

1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and what choices you have. It applies to this website and to the enquiry forms on it. It does not apply to any other website you may reach from here, including the developer's own website, which has its own privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you give us and a small amount of technical information about your visit.
- Information you submit. When you fill in an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, and email address if you choose to provide one, along with the project you enquired about.
- Campaign and technical information. When you arrive from an advertisement or a search result we record the page URL, the referring page, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid. These tell us which advertisement brought you here.
- Consent record. We record that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time you submitted the form.
We do not ask for and do not want financial information, government identity numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send them to us.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you about the project you enquired about, by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To share prices, floor plans and availability, and to arrange a site visit if you want one.
- To pass your enquiry to the project team so they can follow up with you.
- To measure which advertisements and pages generate enquiries, so we can spend advertising budget sensibly.
By submitting an enquiry form you consent to being contacted about that project, including on a number registered with the National Do Not Call registry or under the DND or NCPR list.
4. Who your information is shared with
- The project team. Your enquiry is passed to the sales team responsible for the project you asked about, so that they can respond to you. That is the whole purpose of the form.
- Service providers. Our lead management, hosting, analytics and communication providers process the data on our behalf, under contract, only to deliver those services.
- Where the law requires it. If we are legally obliged to disclose information, or need to in order to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags, to measure advertising performance and to show relevant advertisements. These may set cookies in your browser and share limited event information, such as the fact that a page was viewed or an enquiry was submitted, with Meta and Google.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage advertisement personalisation in your Google account settings and your Meta account settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the enquiry form from working.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of your consent and of the advertising that produced the enquiry, and after that for as long as applicable law requires. When a record is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it.
7. Security
Data submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information and stop contacting you.
- Ask the caller to remove you from their list at any point during a call.
Use the contact details in section 11 for any of these. Once you withdraw consent we stop marketing contact, though we may keep a minimal record of the withdrawal itself.
9. Children
This website is meant for adults who can enter into a contract. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
11. Contact and grievances
For any question about this policy, to exercise a choice listed in section 8, or to raise a grievance about how your data was handled, call +91 70450 16000. Tell us that your message is about privacy so it reaches the right person, and include the mobile number you used on the form so we can find your record.
